Meditation Club

Just Breathe

Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind.

During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

Small one-time fee, you will new meditations being every week, continued access to a library of meditations which have a variety of healing and exploring aspects to them. and a BONUS of 4 live meditations each year with Jenn. For only $44 Cnd. you can be part of this insiders club.

When I do a guided meditation, I allow my angels, spirit guides and higher self to access my vocals and they guide the words that best serve the group for that day.  My team connects with your divine team and the words are channeled to connect you with your higher self, to let go of your ego mind and to access a vibration that allows you to gain valuable insight and information that will guide you in your everyday life.

I have worked intimately with the divine realm for several years and look forward to helping you to connect with that higher vibration. In doing so regularly, it truly helps to maintain an overall feeling of balance and well-being.  It becomes increasingly difficult to be thrown off balance, when you have the tools readily accessible and in your awareness, making what used to be chaos, seem much more manageable.

Whether you are a beginner, advanced or somewhere in between.... I can help you to enjoy a regular meditation practice and all of the health benefits that accompany it. (mind, body and soul)

Just about everyone who attends my meditation classes in person has asked if I would consider making them available to download so they can continue listening to them.  I have been hesitant to offer a downloadable meditation track, as mediation is something that can be, and is a very en-lighting experience in many different ways. It raises your vibration and in so doing it generates a healing and transitional phase and as a spiritual mentor it is always important for me to be able to support you through these soul shifts.

I am super excited to announce that I have found a way to be able to offer you both the channeled meditations and the support in a virtual setting!  As well as offering you a private community to continue engaging with your fellow meditation members.

I am pleased to introduce you to my Meditation Membership:

  • At least 1 new channeled meditation per week

  • Access to re-listen to recordings of all meditations during your active membership as often as you like.

  • Access to my secret/private members only community on Facebook to continue connecting, sharing and engaging with fellow journeyers like yourself.

  • Ongoing support, counsel and mentoring within the meditation community group

Life is not happening to you, It is responding to you ....

When I lead a meditation, I allow my spirit guides to direct the healing and exploring as it serves the highest good for all involved.

You will be guided to hear the right meditation, at just the right time for what you are dealing with in your life.

Whether you are seeking balance, a recharge, a cleansing of energy, full moon release, or a new moon manifesting meeting a spirit guide for wisdom, or connecting with loved ones in spirit - this meditation collection will take you on an awakening journey.

There are no canned or cookie-cutter meditations here, at least one new meditation will be added each week, with several opportunities to sit in on live meditation circles (online) throughout the year as well.

This program will continue adding fresh material, all the while the minimum number of members is maintained. Meditations will remain available to you once you have bought into the membership club.

Mayo Clinic says this about Meditation:

Meditation: A simple, fast way to reduce stress

Meditation can wipe away the day's stress, bringing with it inner peace. See how you can easily learn to practice meditation whenever you need it most.

If stress has you anxious, tense, and worried, consider trying meditation. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can restore your calm and inner peace.

Anyone can practice meditation. It's simple and inexpensive, and it doesn't require any special equipment.

And you can practice meditation wherever you are — whether you're out for a walk, riding the bus, waiting at the doctor's office or even in the middle of a difficult business meeting.

Understanding meditation

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Meditation originally was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. These days, meditation is commonly used for relaxation and stress reduction.

Benefits of meditation

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace, and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.

And these benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and may help you manage symptoms of certain medical conditions.

Meditation and emotional well-being

When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress.

The emotional benefits of meditation can include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

  • Building skills to manage your stress

  • Increasing self-awareness

  • Focusing on the present

  • Reducing negative emotions

  • Increasing imagination and creativity

  • Increasing patience and tolerance

Meditation and illness

Meditation might also be useful if you have a medical condition, especially one that may be worsened by stress.

While a growing body of scientific research supports the health benefits of meditation, some researchers believe it's not yet possible to draw conclusions about the possible benefits of meditation.

With that in mind, some research suggests that meditation may help people manage symptoms of conditions such as:

  • Anxiety

  • Asthma

  • Cancer

  • Chronic pain

  • Depression

  • Heart disease

  • High blood pressure

  • Irritable bowel syndrome

  • Sleep problems

  • Tension headaches

Be sure to talk to your health care provider about the pros and cons of using meditation.

Meditation isn't a replacement for traditional medical treatment. But it may be a useful addition to your other treatment.
